your garden has really many opportunities for parkourtraining

i like the movie, well executed basics and combinations and really nice climbups.

i just wondered why there are matresses on the ground?

are there little stones hurting when training barefoot?

all in all a very nice and inspiring trainingvideo.

wanna get out and start training, but it's raining for about 3 days now :(

In the netherlands is the weather very nice at the moment. About 27°C!

@ The mattress, the little stones are very sharp but i can run on it. First i did that but a stone kept hangin on my feet and then i made a sdb and the stone was still under my feet so. That hurts really bad! And from the mattress i can jump from the stones and land on the stones.

Thanks for your comment!
