New Academy: OLF Training Centre

This weekend saw us delivering an introductory workshop at the first open day for the new Optimal Life Fitness Training Centre in South-East London, Hither Green. The centre houses some great training groups, including MMA, kettlebells, olympic lifting and Crossfit, and we will be opening a weekly evening Academy class there in the next couple of weeks. The class will follow a similar model to our existing Academies and will cater for the South-East London area. The location of the centre is 174-176 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green SE13 6QB, and more details can eb found on their blog HERE.
