Good news is, everyone who tries on the K-O's LOVES them, and yours are in the mail!! Now, for the not-so-good news. As you're probably aware, we've had some issues in the past with the peeps who manufacture the shoes for us (backwards logo...ships lost at sea!) When our shipment of five thousand pairs of our nifty new shoes arrived, we discovered that the factory mixed things up and never manufactured a size 12 like we asked them to do! Go figure! So, what are we going to do? We're going to refund all your money (including shipping & handling) via your credit card or pay-pal account. But we're still sending you the largest pair of K-O shoes that we have available for FREE. Who knows? They might just fit! If they don't, you could 1) give them to a friend, 2) sell them to your brother, 3) raffle them off and give the proceeds to a charity or 4) put them on your shelf in your room and stare at them! Rest assured, in the coming months we will be getting a second shipment of K-O's and at that time there WILL be a size 12 available. Sie wurden nach 1060 Wien, United States geschickt.

Wurde kontaktiert, dass es diese Adresse nicht gibt und das Paket wieder zurückgeschickt wurde. Ich hab ihnen darauf eine email gesendet, in der ich freundlich darauf hingewiesen habe noch einmal in die Adressdaten zu schauen um zu merken, dass das es nach Österreich soll.
